I've practically been living the live of a caveman the past weeks, surviving on no more than MS word and Spider Solitaire.
And a lot of cable tv!

Speaking of cable, my 9pm african doctors show ended.
The ending was super super nice, except I have no clue if the lead actress remained in her coma.
Apparently TVB is good at that.

I shan't turn into some TV critic here, where no one has any idea what show im even talking about.

My dad screwed up my computer wirings.

I will be offline for an indefinite period of time..
Apparently he thinks re-wiring my room is some kind of a joke.

14 days to New Year, and 4 tests to go

This morning was hell, cos I had to freaking wake up at 7.30am cos there was to be some Entrepreneur's Forum.
Sometimes, i wonder they forgot it's a god damn Saturday.
But since, i came home and gotten my what? 6 hours of sleep back..
I shall stop complaining.
At least, lesser.

Went shopping (again) with Ally yesterday..
Fridays are our shopping days.
Suntec didn't have anything much, cos we were kinda sick of orchard and it seems, Suntec was not any better.

Luckily, we were smart enough to head for Marina's.
It's much better than Suntec.
But again, we reached there pretty late..
Ally and I both spotted nice shoes at Pazzion.
I hope, we're going back to get it.
cos, looking at my schedule..I don't know when I'll have time for anything.
Anything, at all.

I shan't bother to go thru it here..chances it's gonna bore the ass out of you guys, and I'm prolly get into one of my panic attacks again.

Then, I met Jane and Raven.
Yes, and both of them were going on about how i was late by 30mins.
It's only 30 mins, you guys.

Went Jacob's Cafe at Changi Village for supper, and i swear Jane's cheese knackers looked fucking nice.
I shouldnt have had BK for dinner earlier on.

After the uber fillling dinner...(i'm staying off satays, chicken wings and stingrays for sometime)
Sharon brought us to this void deck opposite AHS..
One by one ..all the ghost stories came flooding..and the strong wind really added to the eerie-ness.
End up, i was so freaked out. I contemplated to ask Alvin down to pick me at the lift lobby.

Then, Ally called. Ah Gong's medicine ran out, and he cannot discontinue the medicine. Met her at my lift lobby and I headed to Bedok again.

THIS TIME.
The cab driver took 30 mins, and worst! He had no clue where on earth is Bedok Street 3.
He even stopped near Bedok Town Park... To friggin read his MAP!
OH for christ sake.
So he practically wondered all around Bedok.
And the metre jumped to 11, Ally was soaring mad.
hahah
He had the guts to charge us 8 bucks for that trip..i admire his courage.

YOU KNOW WHY?

We didn't even arrive at our destination!
We decided, one more round and he'll see our dinner, so we alighted waaaay earlier.

found the clinic
got our Isosorbate Dinitrate and left..

And that pretty sums up my day from 5pm.

Does anyone at all wanna start registering for your SAT I test?

I went www.smu.edu.sg and was linked to www.collegeboard.com for the registration of the SAT test..
It went alright, until i realised i needed my dad's credit card to pay!
And he's not home.

My mum asked me about my plans after graduation this morning as she was hanging out the clothes..and i just woke up less than 5 mins ago.
I guess she's starting to worry now.

Ally asked me to follow her to Germany (she plans to go back for good) , to study.
Sounds like a pretty neat idea to me, since her husband is there, she is there.
I can stay with them..
It'll be fun.
BUT.
I don't know GERMAN. At all.
She says there is an English uni there, but outta Frankfurt which they live in.
I doubt I'm gonna take my chances to go Germany without knowing German.
It's practically suicide.
BUt again,
I want to go Germany .

Now, im starting to worry.
Even Mel's going to Australia in Feb already.
I'm so envious.
What the hell am i still stuck here, not knowing what to do.

And the Kelly's job? I'm not sure if i'm interested.
If only i had back up plans.

Met up with Ally and Shereen.

Shereen bought 2 pairs of Levis.

And of all the many many many days, Jean had to have CCA today, and Sam was going to watch Narnia with her boyfriend.

Oh, and i met Carmen at Wisma.

I'm getting drenched more often these days than getting a shower.

surprisingly, the 2 weeks she was gone flew by pretty quickly.

HAPPY NEW YEAR, Y'all!

2005 has been like any other year since 1986..
o...k, maybeee not.
But that's not the point.

Well, at least with that statement, 2006 can only be better.

Went to watch Narnia and King Kong with Clara!
not exactly back-to-back (cos there weren't good seats)..
And timeslots were just not there....*snaps snaps*
hahah

I love Narnia.
I love Aslan.
He is so.......majestic.
The movie made him seem kinda godly..I don't know if it's just me..
But he died for the sins of the little boy, and he even 'resurrected'!..
now, you tell me.
But i really like the story..I think I might just buy the entire chronicles to read next.
And then, they better start filming the other chronicles too...haha

King Kong wasn't too bad..I'll gladly gave it 4hrs if i have to.
He is so......hairy.
And yes, the 1st hour was pretty bearable, Elias!
And my contact lens didn't die on me like the last time..
I watched Harry Potter with one eye. The other was totally dehydrated by the aircon!
hahaha.
It got kinda sad towards the end....
I can't decide if Naomi Watts was lucky or unlucky that the ape was so attracted to her..
But it sure looks damn confortable to be on his palm!
hahaa..
And there's the entire tribe which looks horrific.
Clara cried like a baby la. hahaha
Now, she wants a boyfriend like King Kong.
Sure, streets full of them, I told her.

Still, both movies deserve 4 popcorns outta 5.

The climax of the night came after the movies. That's about 2am?
Ok, we missed the last train by 30mins.
Never mind.
We saw some ah beng gotten whacked on the way to the bus stop...
So intense, so violent, so bloody, totally scary.
Their way of celebrating is so different.
But never mind too.

Speaking of different.
There's a special group.
Let's call them the Madcap sprayers. They wore partyhats btw!
Either they haven't seen a spray can before, or they haven't seen people get sprayed with a spray can before.
Yup, either that. Or BOTH.
Ok, I think both.
Chances are slim that you can stroll down Orchard at that hour unscathed.
Higher possibility of getting sprayed in the face. Believe me.
OH, and they think they are so funny.
But it's ok..look who's clearing up tomorrow.
haha. Happy new year to them.

But apparently the masters of this group didn't come spraying in 2 legs.
They wheeled up to innocent people at the bus stop..and yes.
You either turn colourful or wet.
Unfortunately, you don't get to choose.
And thank you, you guys gave Clara and I the exercise of the year.

After the countless NR7s failed to stop at the bus stop..we decided to just simply flag a cab..and get the hell out.
Clara was getting paranoid. She keeps eyeing her left and right suspiciously..and then freak out....'Nana, i keep hearing hissing noises from cans!'
hahaaha.
Spraycan-phobic.

So in the end, we decided.
For all the occasions this year, we'll just snuggle up at someone's houses to watch DVDs, sing, play mahjong, play poker, eat jelly, wrestle pne another, sleep in bedsheets.
Whatever.
As long as we are spared by the spray cans. Then we'll be fine enough.
