It's ONLY Saturday today..It almost feels like it's been Saturday all along.

Mel's leaving in 2 days!
Part of me is acting like some crazed fella, feeling so darn excited AS if I'm gonna fly away instead. ( I think it's just me and the airport)

We went Genki for Clara's birthday dinner. Let's not talk about the menu, I kinda forgotten what i had.

Moving along (fast),
We caught Final Destination 3.
Yes bitches, we got tickets!

All thanks to the high velocity speed of Jane Mah. (not brain activity though)

Yes, but I must say we trained some very strong necks among us.

But never mind, at least we got 5 seats all together which Mel and the rest had feared initially.

Story line is almost deja vu. Like, havent we seen this before (twice to be exact)

One thing's for sure, Clara is not keen into FD 4.

Clara-the-lazy-girl refused to walk us home, so we took cab!
Got home like 2 mins after we boarded the cab (HAHA!) and my dad didn't know i was out.
He had the padlock on!
(I have no keys to the padlock!)
For 2 seconds, i freaked out.
Can't call home, decided to take my chances.
Knocked for my life, ooooh. and thank god Dad was still up watching cable.

I can't wait for Saturday, cos I can see my girls again.

Dinner at Marche (Clara was late for AN entire hour!) ..
We pigged out on...loads of potatos.
Mashed potato, potato wedges, potato leg and potato breasts.
I mean, chicken.
Ate.ate.ate.
Ate somemore.ate somemore.ate someone.

Went to The Balcony.
We did.
We walked right through, cos they didn't have any seats for us.
SO technically, we were at The Balcony, except our stay was SUPER brief.

We marched down to TCC after for dessert!
Chocolate Fondue + Vanilla Romanosh + Chocolate Truffle = 7 sinful people.

Cass went home, So did Teresa.

Remaining 3 of us, trooped down to CHIJMES.

Not much crowd, but LOADS of mosquitoes.
Mel and I had it bad.
If I'd known, I swear I would have worn jeans too..

Good thing we're still meeting again next next Thusrday for Clara's birthday bash.
I'm only glad, cos I can't imagine Mel gone for an entire year.
That sucks.
Carmen will be gracing our gathering then. Somehow.

Having talked to Mel for so long on her impending trip ..I feel so bloody excited for her, AS IF I'm the one who's leaving in 2 weeks!

I gotta start convincing Mum and Dad why I should further my studies abroad..

1. I can learn to be independent (I hope they buy that)
2. I can return with a degree and land a perfect job. (If I don't drop out)
3. My friends are all here, they would act as distraction to my studies..(where in fact I've grabbed all my 'distractions' to Aussie with me. HAHA)
4. Australia has an international reputation for excellence in all areas of education and training. (So says http://studyinaustralia.gov.au/Sia/en/WhyAustralia/Excellence)
5. And lastly, cos NUS, NTU or SMU won't take me, dammit.

2 revision lectures today mark the end of lectures at TP.
Hopefully, there are more to come my way.

I'm not a fan of 9 to 5. I'm gonna hate working, I' ll be a uber lousy employee.
Since secondary school, I'm allergic to waking up at 7am.

Bottomline is,
I hope i get into a university so i can attend lectures until...say, maybe 55?

Ally's holding her wedding dinner in May, cos my cousin-in-law is finally coming down all the way from Frankfurt.

So! up till May, I have 3 months to do some serious dieting.

Seriously, I wonder how i survived the past 2 weeks.
At the very least, now I know I did.

Cousins from dad's side came over yesterday.
Not exactly multitude of fun, but hey, It's a good once-in-a-year affair.
After everyone left around 10 odd, i went over Ally's place.
COS...
She's planning her wedding dinner! (and I get to be part of the commitee)

Can't wait for the dinner in May, cos Jas will be flying back for it!

And by then, I would have (definitely) graduated!
And if I'm lucky (or unlucky), would have gotten a job.
And if birds flew sideways, would have gotten entry into SMU, somehow.

BUT. chances are not high.
Even non existant.
What am I gonna do with the next 80 years of my life??

I SERIOUSLY wish girls get to go NS, albeit not totally practical in times of war or anything.
