I knocked off and zoomed to CityHall cos my humble servants were waiting there for me while enrolling themselves in Korean classes.

And so.....we went to some chinese restaurant round the bend @ CityLink which I would have never have noticed it.
Cos' it's very ding tai feng-ish.
you know. and these are the places where dads bring us, not where we bring them.
SO, back to the point.
Dinner was sumptious.
I couldnt recall, I think I ate too much....

End up when we reached there ard 1.15pm, the last video screening was at 12.45pm.
That only means, we braved all the scorching heat for nothing, and we gotta return next Saturday.
So we went shopping @ Bugis which I managed to get NOTHING cos pay isn't in till midnight.
And then we went granddad-visiting.
He's gonna be discharged tomorrow..so grandad visiting's gonna be resumed to next block.
Which is a good thing, really..cos CHG is soo far from the train station (esp with no shuttle service on weekends)
The only reason why I'm so random in this posts is cos Amazing Race doesnt start till 12midnight.
I've like an hour more to rot away in front of the comp.
Ally had to be the spoiler and tell me no one's eliminated this episode.

It's freaking late now( at least for someone who has to wake up in 6 hours)But, I'm still gonna say:
today has been such a wonderful wonderful wonderful day for me.
all because,
I PASSED MY TP! !
It's damn exhilarating, almost feels like I'm dreaming!!
and that's exactly the problem..
Jack woke me up from my nap yesterday and I was just telling her I dreamt i got 8 points and she just had to wake me up.
and guess what?!
I REALLLY got 8 points!! It's totally deja vu Ok!
AHHHhh!
SOOOO Happppy, you can't even imagine what I'm feeling right now.
I'm going back on Saturday to view the video and get the license done up with pictures and all! (gotta take new pics soon!)
Just returned from gathering with the minority..and it was fun like hell.
I laughed like I haven't in ages!
The people who never fail to crack me up, I love you guys!
To think I was contemplating of giving it a miss if I flunged my test badly!

While waiting for my hair to dry, I shall go into the test in details.......
Oh! The tester, Mr Ng damn nice (even on the radio for me, so I could imagine like he's my instructor!)
Thankfully, I'm not jinxed by the CH curse this round!
I started with E-brake, then directional change, followed by S-course, slope, crank course reverse parking and lastly, parallel parking.
My heart screamed in joy when I heard him say: ' Ok, shall we get out of the circuit?'
I got Route 5 by the way.
I was lucky.
And then I chanted: stop at stop sign, stop at stop sign.
Feeling so much better on the main road, (it's like some animal returning to original habitat).
The small talk kept me going, and less nervous..(I was practically shaking in the waiting room)
OH, and hacks sweet in grape flavour really soothes your nerves! hahaa
After we came back to the test centre, and we went to the debrief room..he told me he had a problem with me checking blindspot.
THAT WAS IT.
End up, he told me at the rate I was checking, he was afraid I dislocate my neck! hahaa

(and that I check too often)
And other than that, he thought: 'you're pretty alright, congratulations!'
After then I could barely recall a thing, all i knew I left the room looking like a grinning idiot!
And time has sped since then, i'm gonna be in the office in another 8 hours, oh man.
For now, I'm gonna head straight to my pillow and sleep through 6am.
I emerged victorious, I still find it difficult to believe.

But I shall not make a big hoohah over it in case it doesn't go well.
I can't stand the idea of false hopes..

I had so much to blog about this morning...Now i gotta recall.
I had some reallly gross nightmare, and I'm pretty sure I know how it came about.
Rememeber the case over the weekend ?Bout this 42 year old guy going around his neighbourhood torturing kittens and the entire neighbourhood was littered with kitten carcasses?
Remember??
I dreamt that there was this bloody pile of mess near my lift..and it was what, 10-12 pieces of a whole cat!
The cat was mutilated (and it was still shrieking OK?!)
I can still remember that sick sound.
So not adorable (to think I'm so not a cat person to be gin with)
Yuck, I'm cringing at the thought of it again.
Can't remember if it came before the gory cat nightmare or after...(I make my nights sound as if they're damn long, isn't it)
I dreamt of Jack..and she was chasing me like a madcap.
I just recall lots of running..and I was actually tired and panting when I woke up (ok, it must be after the cat-mare)
And there was a particular scene, she synchronised her mp3 playlist to be EXACTLY the same as mine..
I don't know what's so scary thinking of it now, but trust me..I think I screamed in my dreams when I knew.
It was a horrible (and long) night.

The Date Movie sucked so bad, it almost felt like I was watching a porn movie.
Lame plot. (Or no plot at all)
Bad Storyline.
I wasted $9.50 to warm a seat for 1 hr 15 mins.
I'd only do that sort of thing for my cousin.
I'm such a nice cousin. (Don't 'yah right ' me)
It's finally weekend.
Weekend.
WEEKEND!
I get to sleep for more than 10 mins. (That's exactly how my nights felt like)
It's gonna be those kind of 'paralysed' sleep tonight. Bet my ass on it.
You guys know what I'm talking about. It's a lingo.
The paralysed sleep is when your mind is actually awake, but your body isn't.
You just cannot wake up.
You're smiling now, cos I'm making sense. And you ACTUALLY understand what it means.
Jean's flying to China tomorrow. I wish I could tag along. But I'll prolly just doze through the entire week in China.
If you haven't realised from the many posts by now, sleeping is like my lifetime ultimate goal now.
My mission everyday is to get to work without tripping, and get home and hit the bed.

One day at work, and I'm left with almost half my life now.

But overall work was fun, people was nice, food was alright.
In a weird way, I hoped people kept coming, cos it kept me busy..and time would pass damn fast.
I answered like what, 200 phonecalls today...but it kept me busy too.

BUT it's not as nice as the original piece I picked..bejewelled satin bustier with a huge gold ribbon at the train. HAHA
